The Scheduled Now view is designed to give a quick list of which Employees are scheduled to be working right now.  You can also change the Date and Time to see which Employees will be working at other times as well.  For a more detailed view of the Schedule, navigate to the Schedule Calendar. 

Using Schedule Now

To access 'Scheduled Now', click on 'Scheduled Now' in the left nav of the Scheduling Module. By default, the Location will be set to your Default Location, and the Date and Time will be set to the current Date / Time. You can manually change these values as needed to view past or future Scheduled Nows as needed.
