The Commissary On Hand Report tells a User how much product is on hand and the dollar amount associated with it. This report shows how much a Location would need to prep to meet the demand of their Commissary Orders.
Navigation
To navigate to the Commissary on Hand Report, click 'My Reports' in the Operations Module and select 'Purch. & Inv.' in the top header. Once opened, a listing of reports will be shown.
Find 'Commissary on Hand' and select 'Customize' next to the report. This will open up a listing of all Report Parameters that can be used to define your report.
Report Parameters
1) Commissary Location - A listing of all Commissary Locations
2) End Date - The date the report is ran as of
3) Item Category - These Item Categories let the User select and filter specific items
4) Count Time - This option specifies the time of the day the stock count was performed
5) Add AR Transactions - Either includes or excludes AR Transactions
6) Run Button - Runs the report
Report Columns
1) Item - The item name, which is hyperlinked to its item record
2) Inv U of M - The Unit of Measure for the item that is used in inventory
3) Avg Cost - The average cost of the item
4) Last Count QTY - The last item amount counted
5) Purchases - The amount purchased
6) Transfers - The amount transferred to / from another store
7) Waste - The amount wasted
8) Comm Orders - The amount from commissary orders
9) AR Qty - The amount from AR transactions (this column is only shown when 'Yes' was selected in the parameters)
10) On Hand - The amount available for use
11) Last Count $ - The dollar amount associated with the item based on the last count
12) Purchases - The dollar amount associated with the amount purchased
13) Transfers - The dollar amount associated with item transfers
14) Waste - The dollar amount associated with wasted items
15) Comm Orders - The dollar amount associated with commissary orders
16) AR Total - The dollar amount associated with AR transactions (this column is only shown when toggled 'Yes' on the parameters)
17) On Hand - The dollar amount associated with the amount available for use
