Note: Only Users with the Full Access or Accounting Manager Primary User Role will be able to access Financial reports.



The Balance Sheet - Layout Format allows the User to edit the layout of the Balance Sheet directly from this report by drilling into the GL Accounts and updating their GL Types and/or Parent Accounts. A User can then review this format to ensure it is providing the most beneficial layout for his/her Organization.



Navigation


To navigate to the Balance Sheet - Layout Format, click 'My Reports' in the Operations Module and select 'Financial' in the top header. Once opened, a listing of reports will be shown. 


Find 'Balance Sheet - Layout Format' and click 'Run' to create your report.



Edit Layout


 

Users can modify the GL Type and the Parent-Child structure of the GL Accounts listed in the Balance Sheet by clicking the desired GL Account.



Doing so will open its record where you can either adjust the 'GL Type' or the 'Parent Account'. Ensure that the record is saved and refresh the report to show the changes made.
